Comments Policy

Comments are intended to create a respectful forum for members to raise questions, comments and advance opinions about Latest News items.

The webmaster reserves the right to withhold, or leave unposted any or all comments which are abusive, demeaning or degrading or those comments that use inappropriate language. Comments that are posted without a name or email address shall be posted at the sole discretion of the webmaster.

In a case where a question is asked in a comment that uses inappropriate language, the webmaster may edit the comment to reflect the question without posting it in its entirety. Any comments that are posted shall comply with the Canada Labour Code, Privacy Legislation, Human Rights Legislation, and all other applicable laws.

Comments shall also comply with PSAC and/or UCTE Constitutions, Regulations or Policies including anti-harassment policies. Subject to these guidelines, the Union shall strive to post, in whole or in part, and/or respond to all comments from the membership.
