Welcome to our joint PSAC/UCTE Local 00004 and PSAC/UCTE Local 00005 website! Our website is intended to: respond to questions from PSAC/UCTE members, provide an online forum for members to express your opinions to your elected local executive through the Speakers’ Corner, allow members to comment on Latest News items by clicking on the subject heading of any news item.

Our website is open to all employees of the GTAA including those employees not represented by PSAC/UCTE because our Union recognizes that, as the dominant Union at the GTAA, events that affect our members will often impact all other employees of the GTAA. Our website is publicly accessible and all GTAA employees are welcome to visit the various links on our website.

The memberships of both Locals have sent a clear direction to executive members that an informed membership is a strong membership. Your elected executive members wish to reassure you that our Locals are taking a strong stand in defense of our members’ rights under our collective agreement(s) and before the Canada Industrial Relations Board. Our two Locals have a combined history extending over forty (40) years at Pearson Airport and we intend to stay strong and active to continue to build upon our Union for another forty (40) years.
